• While serving as the inaugural Vice President of DEI at Beech Acres Parenting Center, I contracted Nicole to help develop a 12-session virtual DEI learning experience for child advocacy agencies across Ohio, in partnership with the Ohio Children’s Alliance. Nicole’s curriculum was brilliant, engaging, transformative, and deeply accessible to our participants. She delivered everything on time, exceeded expectations, and played a major role in helping the cohort achieve an NPS score of 100.
